All of our work previously contributed to OpenSees effort, listed here, is now part of the Real ESSI Simulator System. A number of new models and algorithms, developed within the Real ESSI Simulator system, and resulting application programs are available, please see Real ESSI Simulator Web page.

Real ESSI Simulator is based on UCD CompGeoMech libraries (models, algorithms and elements), UCD Plastic Domain Decomposition (PDD, for parallel, run-time load balanced, computing), UMN ParMETIS, UF uMFPack and ANL PETSc solvers, and UCD developed Modified OpenSees Services (MOSS, analysis and domain classess) library.

Current development focuses on modeling and simulation through verified, validated, documented and managed tools.

As of Fall 2011, it appears that all of our work previously contributed to the OpenSees framework has been removed from OpenSees, but not reported in development logs(?).
